Where it all started
MyAlbum is an international platform with down-to-earth Frisian roots. In 2003, we started under the name MijnAlbum with one goal: sharing photos simply and privately with family and friends. The digital camera was booming, but sharing all those photos remained a hassle. We built the solution. Now, more than twenty years later, we are making history with the Alpha version of our completely reinvented platform: MyAlbumPlus.

Where we are right now
While the trusted MyAlbum runs at full speed, we are launching something completely new alongside it: the Alpha version of MyAlbumPlus. Our ambition? To completely reinvent photo and video sharing. With MyAlbum Plus, we are building a brand-new platform where 100% privacy, ultimate ease of use, and secure European data storage are the absolute core.
Where we want to go
Whether it's your child's first steps, that legendary team outing, or the annual school camp: these are the moments that are truly worth gold years later. Yet, we often lose these images in the chaos of cluttered chat apps, or store them with tech giants who mine our data. We do things differently. Our goal with MyAlbum Plus is simple: ensuring you can endlessly relive those best memories. We are building a secure, European safe haven where you – or your organization – are back in control. No noise, 100% privacy, just your stories.
